Who We Are

The Technical and Engineering Support Alliance, LLC (TESA) is a joint venture (JV) between TechGlobal, Inc. and Earth Resources Technology, Inc. (ERT, Inc). TechGlobal and ERT have collaborated to support science and technology services to federal agencies including NASA and NOAA.

TechGlobal, Inc. is a multidisciplinary, woman-owned small business with contractual reach into a variety of federal agencies, as well as local and state governments, outside of the Washington DC area.

ERT, Inc is a woman-owned business offering science and technology solutions for Federal and state government, tackling projects in Earth and space science missions, environmental services, and IT infrastructure.

TESA Awarded NOAA ProTech Weather Domain Contract

TESA is a contract-holder under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Professional and Technical Services Fisheries Domain (ProTech Weather) contract, making the JV eligible to compete for individual task orders under this multiple award, indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity contract. The period of performance includes a two-year base contract and three option years. The contract, which began on January 15, 2020, could last to January 14, 2025. Places of performance will be determined by individual task orders.

ProTech Weather is the fifth and final domain to be awarded under NOAA’s ProTech services solution. The domains will provide support to NOAA and will include its Line and Staff Offices as well as other bureaus within the U.S. Department of Commerce, where applicable. The ProTech-Weather Domain focuses on NWS’ strategic plan—building a Weather-Ready Nation—by supporting, updating, and planning its meteorological, hydrological, and communications capabilities.
